Gotcha

Jon King offers you the chance to learn his Gotcha trick. The spectator selects a card, it is lost in the deck and then it appears under the box away from the original deck. It seems to just teleport under the box.
How does Jon do this? I watched this over and over, looking for the palm, looking for the slight but it is hard to spot. In fact you may never stop it.
